About Us
The ‘Local Initiatives Choczewo’ Association is a dynamic group of professionals who have joined forces to support the local community and entrepreneurs in the face of upcoming changes related to the construction of Poland’s first nuclear power plant and other strategic investments being developed in our municipality.
Our team consists of passionate individuals with extensive experience – from local government representatives and licensed property managers to experienced engineers, designers, entrepreneurs, and organizers of events and accommodation facilities.

An experienced entrepreneur, investor, and former councilman. For years, he has been actively involved in the socio-economic life of Choczewo and the surrounding municipalities.
An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in construction, hospitality, gastronomy, and managing large commercial properties.
A civil engineer with many years of experience. Represents investors as a Project Manager, Supervising Inspector, and Designer.
A local entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Successfully carries out both private and commercial construction projects.
A young, energetic, and creative entrepreneur who has been active for years in the family construction business, well-known and respected in our community.

An experienced entrepreneur, investor, and former councilman. For years, he has been actively involved in the socio-economic life of many county municipalities. His experience also includes serving as a naval officer and working as a professional diver, which attests to his versatile skills and discipline.
A man of many talents – not only does he possess practical business experience, but he is also passionately involved in promoting the region’s cultural heritage. As one of the top “Baśka” (a traditional card game) players in the Kashubia region, he has achieved numerous individual and team successes, representing the local community in many tournaments.
He is a well-liked, open, and trustworthy person. As the president of the association, Ryszard inspires action, unites people around common goals, and consistently builds a strong structure for local support. His experience, empathy, and commitment make him a natural leader at a time when the region faces a historic opportunity for development.

A Master of Science in Civil Engineering with many years of experience managing investment projects from A to Z – from site analysis and design, through administrative procedures, to construction supervision and final acceptance. On a daily basis, he represents investors, serving as a Project Manager, Supervising Inspector, and Designer.
As a practical, communicative, and highly organized individual, he is able to find common ground with both large investors and local contractors. He can help residents and entrepreneurs understand the technical and legal aspects of investments, support them in planning their own ventures, and act as a bridge between the local community and large-scale infrastructure projects.
He knows the realities of construction, understands the industry’s language, and knows how to translate complex procedures into simple actions.
